This small 8-tone kalimba is finely handcrafted. The carefully polished and strikingly patterned cherry wood block has only been oiled and is otherwise left in its natural state. Small and handy, it fits perfectly in children's hands and invites them to make their first playful discoveries. The precise pentatonic C major tuning makes it easy to play simple melodies in which no note sounds "wrong". Children love this easy playability.
