Featuring extraordinary sound, excellent sound projection and varied disposition, the Vivaldi 150, 250 and 350 pay homage to the pipe organ. Trusted quality with a new look. Or, in other words: The Vivaldi is the modern classic from Johannus.
THE MODERN CLASSIC FROM JOHANNUS
The Vivaldi is not just any living room organ. While Johannus never builds just any organ, the Vivaldis are certainly very special members of our organ family. Without a doubt, they are gems in the Johannus collection, offering extensive possibilities for organists who are interested in more than just practicing.
Organists wishing to hold concerts in their own homes have found a partner with the Vivaldi 150, 250 or 350. The rich disposition and unrivaled audio system make this organ a special instrument. An instrument with which to bond. An organ that you secretly fall in love with.
STEALING YOUR HEART AWAY
Take a seat at the bench of the two-manual Vivaldi 150 with its 34 voices. Register a soft singing Stopped Flute in the Great and a playful Sesquialtera for a cantus firmus in the Swell. The sound of that first chord steals your heart away. Magnificent! Before long, you discover that the Vivaldi has much more to offer. Select from Romantic, Symphonic, Baroque and Historical organ styles to fine tune your registration down to the millimeter, evoking the feeling of playing a fine pipe organ. On top of this, you also have your choice of three variations per style. In other words, you have twelve unique organs at your fingertips.
Love starts to blossom with the Vivaldi 250. This home organ has so much to offer! With two manuals, it looks like its smaller relative but surpasses it in variety of disposition. Its 47 voices give you an extensive range of possibilities, especially now that you know you can multiply them by four organ styles and three variations.
ORGANIST AT CENTER STAGE
Play the Vivaldi 350 and love is in full bloom. As you select your registration from this three-manual organ’s 57 voices, you suddenly realize how comfortable this instrument is to play. Thanks to the angled layout of the stops, the entire disposition is within easy reach. You, as the organist, are at center stage. Or, better yet: you sit front row center. Talk about ergonomic consoles!
Your registration is ready. You sit up and play the first chord. Ah… that’s what you wanted to hear. The sound projection is overwhelming. The powerful 32’ Bombarde in the Pedal, the bright Mixture in the Great, the singing Nazard in the Positif: it’s as if all the voices speak to you personally. Which is not so far from the truth. High-fidelity tweeters incorporated into the music rack project the direct sound of organ pipes with flawless articulation and color.
THE SOUND OF FAMOUS PIPE ORGANS
Yes, those are organ pipes that you hear. Thanks to its integrated real-time sampling system, your Vivaldi produces the actual sound of famous pipe organs. You can hear the authenticity.
And that sensation is heightened by the adaptive ambiance system, a technique that creates the lifelike reverb of cathedrals from various positions. If you like listening from the organ bench, you will hear the pipes puffing away, as it were, in their dominant, original tone. If you prefer sitting in the back of the church, you can switch with the simple press of a button. Back in the last row of the cathedral, the clear articulation of the notes melts away as the sound of the organ melds with that of the room.
Because this system works closely with LIVEreverb, you also get another twelve lifelike reverbs. You can easily switch from the charming St. Salvius Church in Limbricht to La Grand-Combe in southern France. All from one and the same bench.
And if you feel like venturing beyond the confines of the traditional pipe organ, the Vivaldi can optionally offer a range of solo and orchestral voices, such as strings, trumpet, piano, harp and gospel organ.
A PROVEN CLASSIC
In a nutshell, the Vivaldi 150, 250 and 350 meet all the musical needs of the demanding organist in their own home. In all its facets, the Vivaldi is a proven classic. Yet with a modern look. This is the organ that belongs in your living room.
