The body is made from paulownia, a light, robust and resonant wood that provides comfort and beautiful vibrations. The sturdy, comfortable 4-point screwed neck in American maple is topped with a varnished maple fingerboard, bringing even more clarity to your notes and a 50s look.

As for the electronics, the ST401 is equipped with 3 single-coil pickups, a familiar configuration much appreciated for their versatility. Great with clean tones and light saturation, they can also be very biting when combined with powerful distortion. The 5-position selector widens the range of tones offered by the instrument, with five positions associated with each of the three pickups, offering powerful sounds, and two intermediate positions wired in parallel for scooped, velvety tones.
