For a long time, however, the mystical sound of the Theremin fascinates us. We would like to present you now a very special model. This fascinating little magic box (Made in Czech Republic) works perfectly for a long time with a 9V battery (already included) or a power supply (not included).
With its 245g, this transportable box fits into every pocket and, together with an amplifier (6.3 mm jack), offers countless possibilities for adding surprising special effects to your music. The Theremin is especially fun with a delay (echo) effect (the simplest version for guitars, for example) and some reverb. If you use a loop station or other sample loopers in your setup, you will have a lot of fun. In contrast to larger Theremin models, you can only control the pitch of the Distant Voices Theremin, but not the volume, which does not affect the use as a special effect – on the contrary, the second hand remains free for other instruments or controls.
In the sound samples you can hear the Theremin plain in the first track. The other 4 tracks are recorded using an effects unit (delay, reverb).
