If you move the light thunder drum, you will hear a deep, full rumble of thunder. You can hear a strong thunderstorm if you shake the drum energetically. If you swing it gently, it sounds as if the storm is coming from afar. You can easily create weather sounds with the thunder drum and experiment with nature sounds. The frightening roll of thunder is triggered by the vibrations of the metal spiral attached to the membrane inside the spring drum and can be wonderfully modulated.
You can try out a variety of effects with the painted drum made of thick cardboard, plastic membrane and metal spiral. Great fun for young and old.
